Robert Fulton

Attorney Robert H. Fulton II brings more than a decade of experience in employment discrimination litigation to the team at Zach Herschensohn Law. 

As the founder and managing member of Fulton Law PLLC, attorney Robert H. Fulton II has been fighting for workers throughout the Puget Sound region since 2009. Guided by honesty, integrity, and focused determination, he has earned millions for those whose lives have been devastated by the illegal and negligent acts of employers. 

In addition to running his own firm, Robert’s extensive professional background includes working for other boutique legislation firms, one of the largest defense firms in the Pacific Northwest, and acting as counsel and research manager for a major research, evaluation, and consulting group. He has defended Fortune 500 companies against employment discrimination and injury claims, and now uses that experience and insight to fight on behalf of claimants.

Robert was the first undergraduate student to deliver the invocation and benediction at a graduation ceremony at Montana State University. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State College of Law.
