Stacy Schumacher

Originally from the Midwest, Stacy first moved to Washington state in 1998 and has lived in both Pierce and Snohomish Counties. She returned to her home state for a few years but was able to continue her working relationship with Zach during that time.
In 2014, she returned to call Washington her home and lives in Snohomish County with her husband and two of her three children. Stacy and her daughter board their two horses nearby. Stacy enjoys road trips, camping, and trail riding in her leisure time. Just kidding—she doesn’t really know what leisure time is.
Bethany Curtis
Bethany Curtis has been a paralegal for the firm since April of 2021 when she joined the Herschensohn Law team. When she graduated with honors from Tacoma Community College’s esteemed ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program. Bethany works out of our Graham, Washington office and handles all aspects of cases from start to finish.
“I decided to join the personal injury law field largely because I have been through the process of injury-causing car accidents as a client myself. I’ve seen first-hand how poorly insurance companies can treat an injured person and want to make sure that our clients have a true advocate for their accident cases and are treated—and compensated—fairly by insurance companies. No one should ever be injured through no fault of their own and have to worry about having their bills paid while trying to recover from those injuries. I want to help make sure that isn’t the case for our clients.”
Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys camping, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and two dogs. She’s looking forward to continuing to work with the Herschensohn Law team for a long time.
Ebony Utley
Ebony has been a paralegal/legal assistant throughout the Puget Sound area since graduating with honors from Tacoma Community College’s esteemed ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program in 2016. Her experience has been primarily in personal injury, where she has worked both pre-litigation and litigation cases from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Ebony helps run a non-profit, Love Thy Neighbor with her family, which focuses on community outreach, assisting those who are experiencing homelessness and those who have been able to obtain housing following a period of homelessness, with clothes, food, essential items, and furniture. She enjoys spending time with her son and her dog, along with playing video games and listening to audiobooks.
Amber Hart
Amber joined the Herschensohn Law firm as a legal assistant in 2023, making a change from a 10+ year career in the medical field. Her background in the medical field has helped immensely in the personal injury field to have a rich understanding of what our clients have been experiencing. As a legal assistant, she is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable support to the legal team.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, hiking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family. Amber has one kid who will soon be off to college. She is looking forward to continuing to expand her knowledge within the legal field with the Herschensohn Law firm.
Henna Ramsdell
Henna has been working at Herschensohn Law as a Legal Assistant since September 2023.
